The space is welcoming to both current and former serving veterans and their families to come and have conversations and ask questions about all things Defence, recovery and anything else that comes up!
James served in the RAF Regiment as a paratrooper for 4 years and now uses this experience along with his lived experience of mental health challenges to support current and ex serving Defence members, including Special Forces.
Since leaving the military, James has spent the last 2 decades championing men’s health as a presenter, writer and coach, using his knowledge and insight to support men in their physical, mental and emotional challenges. James has sought world leading experts to help support him through the challenges that have come his way and now uses those strategies to assist veterans on their path of recovery.
James currently works with an array of clients who are experiencing mental health challenges due to any life circumstances like trauma, separation/divorce, illness/injury, transition, downgrade etc.
