School booking form

Bookings are essential for all programs.

Please complete the Schools Booking Form stating the date and time you would like to visit. You will receive a response within ten working days.

Please don’t make travel arrangements until you have received a confirmation email with your booking confirmation letter attached.

Ensure that you identify potential risks during your visit and review the Terms and Conditions of your booking.

Which Workshop/Tour Would You Like to Book?

For a full description of all education workshops and tours available at the Anzac Memorial, please see more information for primary and secondary groups.

* Schools that do not wish to attend a workshop but would still like to visit the Anzac Memorial may book a self-guided tour. Please indicate your preferred time and date below. If you would like to enquire whether it is possible to book a self-guided tour outside of these times, please contact education@anzacmemorial.nsw.gov.au or (02) 8262 2904. Bookings are limited to 30 students per visit.

Confirmation and payment

An invoice will be sent to you by email after your visit. Payment can be made by EFT or cheque.

Submit

Click submit to send your information. Please do not shut your web browser while your form is being processed and a confirmation of receipt appears. Over the next few days you will also receive a confirmation email with a copy of your booking enquiry.
